All cargo is subject to a minimum rate
All shipping costs and other fees must be paid in advance, i.e., upon receipt of the cargo by Relais Nordik Inc.
All cargo requires a reservation booked at least one week prior to shipping
All cargo must be delivered during warehouse business hours according to the receiving schedule in force at each port. Some Middle and Lower North Shore port facilities do not have refrigerated warehouses
